Welcome to FixBee IT Services. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of FixBee's Website, located at https://www.fixbeeit.com, and our remote support services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or submitting a support ticket requesting remote troubleshooting, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms, please do not access the site or request remote support.

2. Service Delivery & Remote Control

To diagnose and fix your IT issues, we utilize remote screen sharing software (AnyDesk or RustDesk). By providing connection credentials, you explicitly authorize our technicians to establish a session, view your screen, and control your operating system to resolve the reported issue.

You must remain present at your computer during the entire remote session. You have the right to terminate the connection instantly at any point.

3. Billing, Payment, & "No-Fix, No-Fee"

For on-demand support, we charge a flat rate after the service is successfully delivered. Payments are processed securely via Stripe payment links or credit card invoicing. You agree to complete payment after verifying that the requested technical issue has been resolved.

If our technician determines that the issue is due to a physical hardware failure or cannot be resolved remotely, the session will be terminated and no fee will be charged (No-Fix, No-Fee guarantee).

4. Limitation of Liability

While we handle your systems with the utmost care, remote troubleshooting can sometimes carry inherent risks of data loss due to pre-existing software corruption or hardware degradation. You are solely responsible for ensuring your data is backed up prior to the session. FixBee IT Services will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or business profit resulting from remote support operations.
